How do I get started?

  1. Contact me for a free phone consultation to discuss your questions and concerns.

  2. If recommended, a formal evaluation will be scheduled. This evaluation will provide insight into your child's abilities and be a tool when implementing a treatment plan.

  3. Complete the intake forms provided to you after our consultation. Please have these filled-out and returned via email correspondence prior to the initial evaluation.

What happens after an evaluation?

If therapy is recommended, I work with parents to create treatment plans and goals that will be implemented during treatment sessions. I offer 30 and 45-minute speech-language therapy sessions. The duration of a therapy session and the frequency will be recommended based upon on your child's individual needs.

Will my insurance cover an evaluation and/or therapy?

I am currently an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. However, a portion or even all of your services may be covered by your insurance if you receive Out of Network (OON) benefits from your insurance coverage. Once I directly receive payment from the family, I can provide an invoice with appropriate details for you to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier if applicable. Please call your insurance company to find out if you are eligible for out-of-network speech language therapy and/or evaluation reimbursement. In addition, most flex reimbursement plans ( HSA/FSA) cover speech-language therapy. I accept payment via check, debit or credit card and HSA or FSA card at the time of service.
